## Job Description
<p>We are looking for a Financial Analyst to provide the region with support across management and general accounting, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and the conversion of data into management information.</p><p>Your main responsibilities will include active involvement in month-end process, producing financial forecasts, regular and ad hoc management reports and a varied range of financial data analysis. You will report to the Finance Manager.</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Independently deliver month/year end close activities ensuring financial data is accurate and following Experian's accounting policies and IFRS;</li><li>Be responsible for selected balance sheet accounts and provide complete and informative balance sheet analysis;</li><li>Deliver independently the monthly forecast process for a respective area;</li><li>Provide pre-defined and ad hoc financial performance reports with accurate insights.;</li><li>Support the development and control of the annual operating budget within the assigned region, ensuring all financial targets are met and financial and statutory obligations are complied with;</li><li>Analyze financial information in response to requests from the wider finance team and the business;</li><li>Prepare detailed balance sheet reconciliations and support the monthly Operating Cash Flow process.</li></ul>

## Qualifications
<p><strong>What you'll bring:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Analysis, supported by a relevant Bachelor's degree.</li><li>Financial accounting knowledge, gained within a multinational corporate environment, including exposure to international accounting practices.</li><li>Experience working in an international or global organisation within a complex matrix structure, collaborating with cross‑functional teams across regions.</li><li>Interpret financial statements, analyse variances, and support budgeting and forecasting cycles.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data manipulation and validation).</li><li>Experience translating data into meaningful insights.</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Willingness to improve processes and ways of working.</li></ul>
