This role is ideal for mid-level sales professionals with 3–5 years of experience specifically within the Financial Services vertical. CDW is looking for a consultative seller who understands the IT ecosystem (Cisco, Microsoft, IBM, etc.) and is comfortable navigating complex RFx processes, supplier diversity requirements, and C-suite relationships.
The compensation structure stands out due to a substantial 150% annual bonus target on top of the base salary, making this a high-upside opportunity for top performers. This is a fully remote position for residents in the Central US region (IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, OK), though it is noted as a "pipelining" role for future hiring needs.
