This role is ideal for a senior compensation practitioner with 5+ years of experience who wants to transition from traditional HR or consulting into the heart of a high-growth AI startup. You should have a deep mastery of job architecture and pay philosophy, combined with the "forward-deployed" mindset of a consultant who loves solve complex problems directly alongside customers.
You will be working with an elite client list—including NVIDIA, OpenAI, and Stripe—earning a competitive salary of $135k–$175k.
