The Role:

Compa’s Forward Deployed Compensation Advisors are senior compensation practitioners who embed deeply with a portfolio of customers to drive high-stakes compensation decisions, accelerate product adoption, and ensure measurable business impact from Compa’s data and AI-powered, agentic solutions. This is not a traditional consulting, support, or sales role; Advisors operate as trusted extensions of customer compensation teams, owning outcomes and shaping how compensation work actually gets done.

You’ll sit at the intersection of compensation expertise, customer strategy, and product adoption, serving as both a strategic advisor to customers and a critical feedback loop into Compa’s product strategy.
