This role is ideal for a tech-savvy finance professional with deep experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) operations. You should be a "Senior-level" operator who thrives in high-growth environments, moving beyond basic Excel to leverage AI tools and automated systems. If you have a background in managing OpEx, headcount planning, and commissions for large sales and marketing organizations, you will be right at home.
The compensation is highly competitive ($160k–$210k plus equity) and the company culture is "anti-bureaucracy," favoring speed and clear communication over long slide decks. While there is a hybrid requirement for those near San Francisco, New York, London, or Berlin (Mon/Tue/Fri), the role offers a flexible remote option for those living further away, along with a home-office budget.
