This role is designed for a high-level customer success professional with an exceptional linguistic profile. The ideal candidate has substantial experience managing high-value Enterprise accounts (200+ employees) and is comfortable overseeing a book of business valued between $6M and $8M ARR. Because this position services diverse strategic accounts, **native or professional fluency in English, French, and Spanish is strictly required.**
As a "Lead" position, this is a senior-tier role focused on the most complex customers in the ecosystem. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote arrangement in France while having the opportunity to travel for strategic on-site consultations a few times a year. The role offers high visibility, involving direct collaboration with C-suite executives and internal product leadership to drive long-term ROI and platform adoption.
