This role is designed for a seasoned B2B SaaS leader with a deep footprint in the Shopify ecosystem and experience managing $5M to $500M GMV merchant accounts. You need to be a hybrid of a P&L-focused operator and a product visionary who can lead a division of three established retention tools while architecting new AI-driven "agentic" products.
