This role is designed for a seasoned executive with at least 15 years of experience in operations and general management, specifically within the SaaS, platform, or API space. You are a "builder" leader who can navigate complex matrixed organizations while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Success requires the ability to manage a full P&L and a track record of scaling high-growth businesses that rely on technical integration rather than just managed services. The most compelling aspect of this position is the opportunity to lead the fastest-growing segment of a $17.3 billion "decacorn." You will be transforming a white-label service into a standalone $1B+ revenue platform. While salary isn't specified, the package includes equity opportunities and the flexibility of fully remote work across North America. The Opportunity
As we continue to scale, White Label (WL) has emerged as the fastest-growing and most strategic part of our business—already home to our highest-spending customers and poised to become a $1B+ revenue stream. Today, White Label spans more than 64 product teams.
We are seeking a visionary, hands-on General Manager to build and scale Deel’s White Label business into a standalone SaaS platform. This role will own the full White Label P&L and lead the strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment required to unlock its massive potential. Reporting to the COO/CEO, you will lead a cross-functional team, with additional dotted-line reporting relationships across the organization.
