This role is designed for an experienced equity administration professional with at least 5 years of experience in a publicly traded environment. You are a specialist in the mechanics of RSUs, PRSUs, and ESPP programs, with a firm grasp of international tax implications and SEC filing requirements (Forms 3, 4, and 5). It is ideal for someone who enjoys the intersection of Finance, Legal, and HR and can navigate the complexities of global compliance. Based in Bengaluru, this position offers high-level visibility, reporting directly to a Senior Director and partnering with executive leadership on 10b5-1 trading plans and ownership guidelines. While the base salary is not disclosed, the package is comprehensive, including performance bonuses and equity grants.
