This is a high-stakes leadership role for a seasoned executive search professional who specializes in the "build" phase. You are the right fit if you have at least 8 years of experience, ideally within high-growth SaaS, and have a proven track record of transitioning companies away from external search firms by building a sophisticated internal function. You must be comfortable acting as a peer and strategic advisor to C-suite executives and the Board.
The role offers significant influence as the "chief architect" of the executive recruiting engine during a major business transformation. It is a fully remote position with a broad salary range up to $231k, plus equity and robust benefits like 20 weeks of parental leave. You will enjoy a balance of high-level strategy—designing operating models and talent mapping—while personally managing a low volume of Tier-1 searches.
