This role is designed for a mid-level HR professional with at least 4 years of experience specifically in leave administration. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of international leave laws and compliance (specifically FMLA and ADA) and is comfortable navigating complex, high-volume scenarios in a fast-paced, global startup environment.
