This role is ideal for a mid-level sales professional with at least 2 years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience. You should be comfortable with a "Growth" motion, which involves a mix of closing inbound leads and proactively hunting within an existing self-serve user base to move them upmarket to Enterprise solutions. Since Webflow is a visual development tool, a natural interest in web design or the "no-code" ecosystem will give you a significant leg up.
The compensation is competitive, with an OTE range of $136,000 – $160,000 USD (or $157,000 – $185,000 CAD), plus equity and a 401(k) match. While the role is remote-first, it is specifically tied to the West region (Pacific or Mountain Time Zones) and requires a 15% travel commitment for onboarding in San Francisco and industry events.
