This role is designed for a seasoned growth strategist with 8+ years of experience who thrives in an "IC-First" leadership capacity. You are the ideal candidate if you have a background in scaling high-growth consumer products (ideally subscription-based) and are comfortable operating as a one-person growth engine. You should possess a "builder" mindset, combining high-level strategy with the technical ability to personally execute experiments across paid social, influencer marketing, and SEO.
The position offers a compelling compensation package ($210k–$250k) and the flexibility of a fully remote environment. While you are technically a "Lead," this is initially a high-autonomy individual contributor role where you’ll own external acquisition for two fast-growing products, Dojo Sparks and Dojo Islands. It is a rare opportunity to join a small team (200 people) with massive global reach (95% of US schools) and high talent density.
