This role is ideal for a senior-level data professional with at least 7 years of experience who bridges the gap between raw engineering and business strategy. You should have a deep mastery of the modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake/Redshift, Airflow) and a background in scaling Go-To-Market (GTM) or Sales operations. Although listed as mid-level, the high experience requirement suggests they want a confident "player-coach" who can own data modeling end-to-end.
The compensation is competitive and location-adjusted, reaching up to $189k for New York or San Francisco residents, plus equity. This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days in-office, making it a great fit for builders who value face-to-face collaboration. You’ll have significant influence over how the company uses AI in their data workflows and will directly impact the revenue engine of a well-established fintech leader.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Expertly navigate SQL, dbt, and Python to turn messy sales data into clean, automated pipelines.
* Have professional experience with Git workflows and command-line interfaces.
* Enjoy partnering directly with Sales and Revenue leaders to translate business questions into technical data products.
* Live near one of their hubs (Denver, SF, NYC, etc.) and prefer a hybrid office environment.
