This role is designed for a seasoned finance or operations professional with eight to ten years of experience, specifically someone who has owned the end-to-end commission cycle for a high-growth SaaS business. You should be an expert at building structured, auditable calculation logic in Google Sheets while translating complex sales plans into accurate payouts.
