# About the role

We’re hiring our first GTM Enablement - Outbound to build the playbooks, training, and ramp programs that scale an outbound motion responsible for almost 50% of new business.

Your job is to find what is winning, make it repeatable, and bring it to GTM. You will be primarily focused on our SDR team, with reach into AEs and CSMs wherever outbound overlaps. We’re looking for a high-trajectory SDR or SDR Lead who has hit their number, knows what separates good pipeline from bad, and is ready to grow with it. This role reports to the GTM Enablement Lead, North America but you will support a global team across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

## Location

This role is remote-first, so it can be executed globally. We have a strong preference for candidates based in NYC, DC, or SF. Exceptional candidates outside of North America will be considered if they can operate effectively across US and European time zones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.
