This role is designed for a seasoned recruiter with at least 7 years of experience who specializes in the Tokyo tech market. You should have a proven track record of hiring Go-To-Market (GTM) professionals—specifically Sales and Customer Success roles—within high-growth B2B SaaS environments. Because this position supports the Japan leadership team while collaborating with a global recruiting org, full professional fluency in both Japanese and English is mandatory. Based in the Tokyo office, this is a "builder" role where you will own the end-to-end hiring cycle in a high-ownership environment. The culture emphasizes in-person collaboration with a hybrid schedule requiring office presence on "Anchor Days" (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
