Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned RevOps leader or Systems Architect with at least 8 years of experience who is ready to bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and strategic growth. The ideal candidate is a **HubSpot power user** who doesn’t just build workflows but understands deep data modeling, API integrations, and how to transition a company from reactive fixes to "AI-ready" proactivity. You should be comfortable both managing a technical contributor and rolling up your sleeves to architect complex GTM systems. The compensation is highly competitive ($140k–$180k) for a **fully remote** position, and the benefits package is standout—offering 100% employer-paid health insurance for you and your dependents, which is rare. You’ll be joining a mission-driven EdTech company during a high-growth phase, giving you the chance to own the GTM roadmap and build a legacy of data governance from the ground up. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Live and breathe HubSpot architecture and have experience managing the "backbone" of Sales, Marketing, and Finance. * Are excited about operationalizing AI to reduce manual grunt work and surface pipeline risks. * Have experience mentoring technical staff and enjoy setting documentation standards. * Want a role that balances technical leadership with high-level system strategy.

You will be the people leader and technical manager for our GTM Systems Architect, ensuring clear direction, a cohesive roadmap, and support to build scalable, flexible, and well-governed systems. You will also have individual contributor responsibilities.
