Head of Compliance and MLRO at Nuvei

You're an experienced compliance professional, ideally with at least 7 years in financial services, who has served as an MLRO under a Gibraltar regulated entity. A tertiary qualification in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field is required, with certifications like ACAMS or ICA being a plus. Nuvei is looking for this leadership role in Gibraltar, offering a full-time, on-site position. You'll be responsible for the compliance and AML/CTF framework in Gibraltar and provide support to an FCA-regulated entity. You might be a good fit if you: * Have thorough knowledge of the GFSC regulatory regime. * Possess working knowledge of FCA regulations for payment and e-money institutions, including PSR 2017 and EMR 2011. * Have experience engaging with regulators such as the GFSC and FCA.
