This leadership role is designed for a systems-thinker who wants to reinvent employee development through the lens of AI integration. You aren't just designing training programs; you are an architect building the "mechanics of work" to ensure growth is a natural byproduct of daily tasks. Ideal candidates typically have 10–12 years of experience in product, talent systems, or organizational design and possess a "builder" mindset that favors structural fixes over patchwork solutions.
The role offers a strong compensation package ranging from $150k to $210k depending on your location (Denver, NYC, or SF). You’ll work in a hybrid capacity (2-3 days on-site) and have the rare opportunity to set the standard for how AI functions as a "design partner" in a modern workforce. This is a high-impact position where success means making traditional performance management obsolete.
