The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience and a proven track record of managing recruiters in a global, remote-first environment. You should be highly data-driven, comfortable setting performance benchmarks, and experienced with international hiring nuances across the UK, APAC, and India.
The compensation is competitive ($110k - $150k) for a "Senior Manager or early Director" level role.
