You are a strategic powerhouse who has spent at least 5 years leading teams, but you haven't lost your "builder" edge—you should be as comfortable presenting revenue forecasts to the C-suite as you are writing SQL or auditing a Tableau dashboard. The position offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary reaching up to $251,500 plus a 20% annual bonus.
