This role is for a seasoned Talent leader with 5–10 years of experience who thrives in the high-pressure, "messy" environment of a fast-growing AI startup. You should be an operator at heart—someone who doesn’t just manage people but builds systems, automates workflows, and obsesses over data-driven hiring funnels. Experience in a fast-moving tech environment is essential, as is a high degree of emotional intelligence to manage complex stakeholder relationships. Working directly with the founder and CEO, you will have total ownership over scaling a mission-driven team working on life-saving medical AI. While the role is fully remote (operating on London time), it demands high intensity and accountability.
