This is a field-based sales and outreach role for a local professional who is deeply connected to Orleans County. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience in managed care, insurance sales, or community health navigation. While a high school diploma is the minimum requirement, you’ll need a strong sales mindset and the ability to explain complex health insurance products (Medicaid, Medicare, and Child Health Plus) to diverse populations. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a high degree of mobility, with 80% of your time spent in the community rather than behind a desk. You’ll be the "face" of the brand at community events and in-home visits, helping individuals navigate the New York State of Health (NYSOH) marketplace.
