Main Purpose of the Role
Welocalize is looking for an English (en-US) into Hebrew (he-IL) freelance translator and proofreader with experience in the field of Marketing and Product/Service related documents.
This is an on-going freelance and remote position.

Expected Volume: Approximately 1,000 to 2,000 words per week
Employment Type: Freelance/Independent Contract

## REQUIREMENTS
-Native or near‑native proficiency in Hebrew with excellent command of US English
-Proven experience translating English (en-US) to Hebrew (he-IL) content
-2+ years of professional translation experience with a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field
OR
-5+ years of professional translation experience without a formal translation degree
-Demonstrated experience translating informational, marketing, product and support content
-Experience using CAT tools
-Strong understanding of marketing tone, brand voice, and customer‑facing communication
-Excellent attention to detail, terminological consistency, and linguistic accuracy
-Ability to deliver high‑quality translations while meeting deadlines
-Flexible, reliable, and responsive in a fast‑paced localization environment
-Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and revisions
