This role is ideal for a Hindi-speaking educator or content specialist with a strong mastery of Mathematics up to a Class XII level. As this is a lead position, the ideal candidate combines native-level fluency in Hindi with the ability to manage a small team (5-6 people). You should have a sharp eye for pedagogical rigor and a passion for making high-quality education accessible to underserved students in India. The position offers the flexibility of being **fully remote** with a competitive salary for a non-profit. It is a **12-month full-time contract** that provides the unique opportunity to influence the learning journey of millions of students. You will balance hands-on content localization (video and text) with strategic oversight, including auditing quality and interacting directly with state teachers to refine the curriculum. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Are a native Hindi speaker who can translate complex Math concepts while maintaining pedagogical clarity. * Have prior experience in online teaching, video creation, or using Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) tools. * Are comfortable managing a small team and conducting final quality audits on localized content. * Can commit to a 12-month contract and are willing to travel occasionally (2–3 times per quarter).

We are actively working on content localization in multiple regional languages as well, which means the content you help create will reach a wider number (both nationally and globally), thereby multiplying the impact.
