Job Description
We are looking for an HR Business Partner with a dedicated passion for Employee Relations (ER) to support NVIDIA. In this high-touch environment, you will be the primary architect of conflict resolution strategies and the lead for complex employee relations matters. This role is for a self-starter who excels in an ambiguous yet creative shared work environment and is not afraid of working through complex employee issues to identify root causes. You will serve as the expert voice on NVIDIA policy and practices, ensuring alignment across multiple regions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Advanced Case Management & Manager Coaching: Lead high-complexity ER matters and coach leaders through difficult conversations to reduce escalations.
- Diagnose Root Causes: Identify systemic triggers behind repeat ER issues and implement prevention plans to reduce repeat cases.
- Use ER Analytics: Analyze ER, engagement, and retention trends and brief leaders on actionable insights to improve time-to-resolution.
- Partner Cross-Functionally: Align with Recruiting, Compensation, Mobility, and HR COEs to deliver consistent ER approaches that increase manager capability.
- Steward Policy & Compliance: Apply global labor practices and ensure performance processes are executed consistently to reduce compliance risk.
What We Need to See:
- Specialized Experience: 12+ years of Human Resources experience, with a heavy emphasis on direct ER case management and client-facing support.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Conflict Resolution & Facilitation: Strong employee relations fundamentals and the ability to design and deliver manager training to improve organizational health.
- Technical & Analytical Aptitude: Proficiency in Excel and Workday/HRIS to manage and interpret HR data with integrity.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Working knowledge across at least three areas, such as conflict resolution, performance management, investigations, and/or medical accommodations and leaves of absence.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4, and 184,000 USD - 299,000 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and [benefits](https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/benefits/).
