This role is ideal for a senior-level implementation professional with 4–5 years of experience in the healthcare SaaS or life sciences space. You should have a strong technical foundation in system integrations—specifically involving Salesforce or EMRs—and experience managing high-stakes pilots for "Big Pharma" or specialty pharmacies. Because this is a startup environment, they are looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders while working in fast-paced, two-week agile sprints. The role offers significant visibility, including a final interview stage with the CEO and the opportunity to work with Fortune 50 healthcare clients. While the position is remote-friendly, there is a strong "hybrid" culture for those in the Bay Area, including catered lunches. Standout perks include equity in a well-funded startup (backed by Google Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz), a wellness stipend, and bi-annual team offsites. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have successfully led complex software implementations involving APIs, CSVs, or HL7/FHIR standards. * Are highly proficient in Salesforce and familiar with integration tools like Mulesoft. * Thrive in a "mission-driven" startup environment where you own projects end-to-end. * Can translate complex AI agent capabilities into clear solution plans for non-technical client leads.
