This role is designed for a seasoned retirement plan professional with at least five years of management experience. You’ll be overseeing a team of 6–8 staff members, focusing on the onboarding and "installation" phase of new 401(k) plans. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in plan conversions and is comfortable leading a distributed team in a high-accountability environment. The position offers a strong remote setup with a salary range of $90k–$110k, full benefits, and a 401(k) match. While fully remote, it includes 2-3 annual trips to Houston for leadership development.
