This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level data professional (5+ years experience) who thrives at the intersection of technical analytics and business strategy. You should have a strong background in sales operations or GTM analytics, specifically dealing with indirect channels and partner ecosystems. High proficiency in SQL is non-negotiable, as you will be building the systems that track partner performance and sales productivity.
The compensation is highly competitive, reaching up to $180k for coastal hubs. While the role is listed as on-site, it offers a hybrid balance with a 2-3 day per week office expectation. You’ll gain high-level exposure by serving as a thought partner to executive leadership, helping shape the growth strategy for a company supporting over 400,000 small businesses.
