Salary: PLN 212,500 – PLN 287,500/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is for a backend engineer with at least two years of experience who understands the low-level guts of distributed systems, like thread management and filesystems. You should be comfortable jumping between languages like Go, Python, or Java to scale infrastructure that handles massive data volumes.
**What makes it worth a look...**
You get the rare chance to work on deep observability infrastructure at a massive scale while staying fully remote in Poland. The shift toward OpenTelemetry standards means you will be building modern, industry-aligned tooling rather than just maintaining legacy systems.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Have experience building large-scale distributed systems that handle high concurrency.
* Are proficient with Go, Python, or C++ and understand operating system internals.
* Know how to work with semaphores, mutexes, and multi-threaded debugging.
* Want to help redesign ingestion pipelines for hundreds of billions of files.
