Overview of the role: The primary duties of the Investment Data Analyst is to drive and enhance data automation within Hartford Funds Investment Management Group. The Investment Analyst must achieve and maintain an expert knowledge of the firm’s product line and the Asset Management Industry.

The successful candidate will possess the capacity to leverage a deep industry knowledge with a strong analytical background. The role will focus on centralizing all consumable data required by the team, which will contribute to maintaining a high level of data consistency and accuracy across the team and firm. In addition, the candidate should be a nimble learner who continuously seeks process enhancements.

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
