This role is ideal for a mid-level IT professional who thrives in a high-touch, "five-star" service environment. You should have a strong background in supporting macOS-heavy offices and feel comfortable being the go-to person for on-site hardware, software, and AV troubleshooting. Experience with modern identity and device management tools like Okta and Jamf is essential, as is the ability to support high-stakes users including C-suite executives.
The position offers a competitive San Francisco salary ($85,100 - $120,400) plus equity and 401k matching.
