You should have a solid foundation in cross-platform troubleshooting (Mac, Windows, and Linux) and experience managing endpoints at scale using tools like Jamf, SCCM, or AirWatch.

While titled "Systems Administrator," this is a hands-on "front-line" role that combines high-level automation and scripting with essential office support, including AV equipment and local server room maintenance.
