Pluss software, part of the Fullsteam organization, provides shop management software with embedded payments processing to Heavy Duty Truck and Automotive Repair, Inventory management and whole shop accounting.

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our team. As a part of Pluss Software LLC’s IT Support team, you will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and support of both software and hardware solutions. You will also be responsible for managing both internal resources and customer systems. You will respond daily to new and diverse customer problems and requests and will be responsible for finding solutions to match their needs.

Primary Responsibilities:


Minimum Qualifications:

Experience as an IT Technician or related work experience
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good working knowledge of modern networking, TCP/IP communication, routing and internet communications.

Additional desired Qualifications

Experience with Point-of-Sale systems
Experience with modern cloud computing services (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS)
AA Computer Science or Equivalent Experience

Pay range: $15.11- $25 per hour
