This position is designed for current undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Computer Science, Networking, or Telecommunications who want to gain hands-on experience in enterprise voice systems. It is an ideal fit if you have a foundational interest in how large companies manage communication at scale and are looking for a structured 10-week summer program (June – August 2026) to bridge the gap between classroom theory and IT operations. A major highlight of this internship is the modern tech stack you’ll be exposed to, including Cisco Webex Contact Center and Meraki SD-WAN. Based in Houston, this hybrid role offers a mix of professional office exposure (2-3 days a week) and remote flexibility. You will receive direct mentorship from senior voice engineers while working on real-world incident management and infrastructure monitoring within a nationally recognized "Best Company to Work For." **You might be a good fit if you:** * are currently enrolled in an IT-related degree program and can commit to a full-time, 10-week summer schedule in Houston. * have a curiosity about how VoIP, SIP services, and global call routing function in a corporate environment. * are a methodical troubleshooter who enjoys analyzing performance metrics like latency, jitter, and MOS. * want to learn professional documentation and workflow tools like ServiceNow and LogicMonitor.
