## Job Description
<p>The Junior Account Access Specialist (Client Access Management Team) is responsible for end-to-end operational performance of identity and access management (IAM) services for UK&I Experian customers and products. This role is responsible of executing the requests as per the SLA and KPI requirements, ensures compliance with Experian Access Management standards and UK regulatory frameworks.</p><p>You will be reporting to the Client Access Management lead.</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><p><strong><em>Operational responsibility and Regulatory Compliance:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Execution and daily management of all access management processes, ensuring 100% adherence to SLAs and KPIs for CIAM/CAM operations.</p></li><li><p>Point of contact for IAM scenarios, including exceptions and escalations.</p></li><li><p>Maintain expertise across all Experian products and systems involved in access provisioning.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all activities comply with internal Experian IAM standards and UK regulations (e.g., GDPR, FCA, DPA), identifying and mitigating compliance risks.</p></li><li><p>Support audits and respond to information security queries as needed.</p></li></ul><p><strong><em>Client-Facing Responsibilities and High quality Communication:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Provide daily support to clients on access requests, acting as the main liaison for both first and second-line support (service and system perspective).</p></li><li><p>Execute/Participate in client communications for onboarding, attestation, and user access review processes, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>Analyze client requirements, validate information, ensure correct and secure outcomes.</p></li></ul><p><strong><em>Process Improvement and Knowledge Sharing:</em></strong></p><ul><li><p>Identify and drive process improvements, update documentation, and share best practices to enhance team performance and service delivery.</p></li></ul>
