This role is ideal for Machine Learning Engineers ranging from mid-level to staff (2–9+ years of experience) who are passionate about Generative AI. Given the team’s focus on Customer Support AI (CSxAI), they are looking for candidates with a strong background in large-scale ML systems and a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science.
