This role is designed for a heavyweight sales professional with roughly a decade of experience, specifically focused on high-stakes enterprise deals. The ideal candidate has spent at least 8 years selling complex solutions (SaaS, Fintech, or Retail Tech) to Fortune 500 companies. You should be a master of the "long game," comfortable navigating multi-layered executive hierarchies and negotiating intricate contracts that impact a retailer’s core financial operations. The compensation is a major standout, with OTE reaching up to $380,000 depending on your location, alongside full equity and 100% subsidized medical premiums for you and your family. Despite the seniority and high-touch nature of closing enterprise retailers, this is a remote-first position, offering significant flexibility and monthly stipends for food and technology. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a proven track record of closing high-impact deals with some of the largest retailers in the U.S. * Possession deep domain knowledge in payments, e-commerce, or in-store technology. * Excel at leading cross-functional internal teams (Legal, Risk, Product) to get a complex deal across the finish line. * Are comfortable with occasional travel to meet key stakeholders face-to-face.

As a Key Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in driving our growth by leading complex, high-impact sales efforts with the largest and most strategic retailers in the U.S. and beyond. You’ll be responsible for acquiring and expanding partnerships with Fortune 500 brands, managing multifaceted deal cycles, and shaping the future of buy now, pay later (BNPL) at enterprise scale.
This is a high-ownership, highly visible role requiring a mix of strategic thinking, deep sales expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership.
#### What You’ll Do:
Equity Grade - 8
Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, which includes the annual base pay and the sales incentive target.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)
USA On Target Earnings (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $280,000 - $380,000
USA On Target Earnings (all other U.S. states) per year: $248,000 - $348,000
