This role is for a seasoned enterprise sales professional based in LATAM (with a high priority on candidates in Colombia) who is fluent in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation—ideally a degree in engineering or computer science—and a deep understanding of the open-source ecosystem, including Linux, cloud-native technologies, and containers.
The position offers a fully remote, distributed work environment with high-end travel perks, including twice-yearly international "sprints" and Priority Pass for travel. While the hiring process is rigorous and can take three to six months, it provides a stable, profitable environment with a $2,000 annual professional development budget and a performance-driven commission structure. You will be selling Ubuntu-based solutions, which already enjoy massive global adoption, providing a "warm" foot in the door at Global 500 companies.
