You're a sales leader with 7+ years of B2B experience, including at least 3 years in leadership, and a deep understanding of LATAM's crypto, Web3, or fintech scene. You're fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese and comfortable operating in early-stage, ambiguous environments.
