You should be comfortable managing a large, remote headcount (approx. 30-40 people) and possess the analytical skills to drive efficiency using spreadsheets. As our lead, you will guide and develop a remote team of approximately 40 researchers who identify various data related to Key People while following compliance and quality standards. You will design data production processes and drive process and technology improvements. You are fully responsible for your team's performance (efficiency and quality).
