This role is designed for a seasoned actuarial professional with at least five years of experience, specifically within the Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) space. As a "Lead" role, you are given significant autonomy to build out the ART business while leveraging modern technologies like AI and machine learning to optimize decision-making. The benefits package is comprehensive, notably including student loan assistance and an employee stock purchase plan.
