About the role

We’re hiring a Lead Analyst, Financial Crimes to support operations of our transaction monitoring program designed to identify and investigate unusual activity across our member accounts. You’ll work closely with internal teams and bank partners to assess risk, surface insights, and ensure we’re meeting regulatory expectations while protecting our members. As a Lead Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving high-quality investigations and improving how we detect and respond to financial crime.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $139,000.00 and up to $193,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
