Job Description

## This is Brand Design at Lattice

As a Lead Brand Designer at Lattice, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life across digital, print, experiential, and executive touchpoints. You’ll help design scalable brand systems across product marketing, campaigns, web, events, and executive communications. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product marketing, web, and brand leadership at a pivotal moment in Lattice’s growth. As we continue to evolve our positioning as an end-to-end people platform, you’ll help translate strategy into thoughtful, scalable design systems across digital and physical environments. The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $126,500 - $158,500.
