Summary of This Role

The Application Program Lead drives the completeness, compliance and accuracy of Business Application records in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) . This role works alongside the Configuration Management and Service Portfolio Management teams to establish and govern effective lifecycle management practices which enable a centralized, data-driven inventory framework while reducing risk. This role also partners with Technology and Business Application leaders to drive accountability through formal attestations, ensuring application records remain compliant, accurate, and audit-ready.
