This role is designed for a seasoned compensation professional with at least 5 years of experience who is ready to move into a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate has a deep background in designing salary, STI, and LTI programs across North America and possesses high-level technical skills in Excel and HRIS platforms. If you enjoy storytelling with data and have an interest in how AI and automation can modernize Total Rewards, you will find this particularly engaging.
Located in Mississauga with a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite), this position offers a competitive salary structure ($99k–$110k CAD) and the chance to influence a major health tech platform. You will report directly to the Director of Compensation, giving you high visibility as you lead annual planning cycles and model the financial impacts of new incentive programs for a workforce of thousands.

* Are an expert at market benchmarking and job evaluation across both Canadian and US markets.
* Have advanced "power user" skills in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for complex data modeling.
* Are comfortable coaching junior team members and advising HRBPs on complex offers and retention strategies.
* Have experience navigating large-scale HRIS systems like Workday, SuccessFactors, or Dayforce.
