This role is designed for a seasoned CX professional with over 10 years of experience, specifically within management consulting or strategic GTM teams. The ideal candidate is an expert in contact center operations who can speak fluently about AI, automation, and Intelligent Virtual Agents (IVA). You should be comfortable navigating high-stakes environments, moving from "boots on the ground" agent observations to presenting multi-million dollar transformation roadmaps to C-suite executives in the Finance or Healthcare sectors.
The position offers a massive salary range (up to $252k) plus equity and a performance bonus, making it a high-upside leadership play.
