You should have some experience in lead generation and be comfortable with high-volume outreach, including cold calling and live chat. Because this is a hybrid role in the San Francisco/San Ramon area, it’s best suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented office environment. The position offers a clear promotion path into Small/Mid-size or Enterprise sales. While the base salary range is $37,200 - $72,200, the role is commission-eligible and includes 100% employee-covered health premiums, 401k matching, and an employee stock purchase plan. As a member of the Lead Development Team you will be responsible for qualifying leads and generating pipeline for our Small/Mid-size and Enterprise Sales Teams. You will be the front line for presenting Five9 to prospects. Success in this role will lead to career opportunities in other areas of the sales organization and company. This position is located in San Ramon or San Francisco, and eligible for commission.
