Essential Job Responsibilities

• Leads and manages hospitality services to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Coordinates and oversees events to ensure they run smoothly and meet organizational standards.

• Manages food and beverage (F&B) services, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Provides exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.

• Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage guest interactions and preferences.

• Maintains inventory of hospitality supplies and ensures timely replenishment.

• Implements and monitors hospitality management practices to enhance service delivery.

• Develops and maintains professional relationships with vendors and service providers.

• Ensures compliance with hospitality standards and regulations.

• Trains and supervises hospitality staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Monitors and evaluates guest feedback to continuously improve services.

• Prepares and maintains reports and records related to hospitality services and events.

• Collaborates with other departments to coordinate and support hospitality-related activities.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED

• Experience: Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory or lead role.

• Skills: Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Satisfaction, Event Management, Food And Beverage (F&B), Hospitality Management, Oral & Written Communication skills, Outstanding Organizational Abilities, Professional Etiquette

• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time
