What is the opportunity?:
We are seeking a LeadSales Commissions Analyst to support the governance, execution, and analytics of our global sales commission programs. This role will serve as the system owner for Varicent (or similar ICM platforms), ensuring incentive plans are operationalized accurately, scalable, auditable, and aligned with business and go‑to‑market objectives.
In addition to operational excellence, this role will own commission reporting and analytics, delivering regular insights into commission payments, expense trends, plan effectiveness, and sales performance for senior leadership.

The typical base salary for this role is between USD $133,000 - $200,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
